Joel and Janice searched for quite a long time, trying to find the right property, and eventually came upon the Naismith home. Right away there was a sense of excitement, as they knew this was the ideal location to materialize their vision.
With Evermore Weddings & Events, their goal is simple: create an occasion for all attending that is beautiful and memorable for years to come.
They’ll provide an exquisitely maintained farmland of rolling vistas, rustic outbuildings and professional catering of delicious dishes made fresh and on site using the farm to table philosophy.
Their lovingly restored barn and stunning courtyard provide the perfect setting for your big day, while a full service kitchen, and professional chef prepare amazing meals to accommodate all palates.
This historical property, the childhood home of Dr. James Naismith – inventor of basketball, holds a picturesque backdrop of sprawling farmland, comfortable lounging areas and impeccable landscaping sure to make your wedding day or event warmly resonate for evermore.
I’ve always been creative, love to decorate and plan events for myself as well as others (WPIC certified).
The inspiration for my work and what fuels my passion comes from my love of the arts, nature, travelling and music. I’m really quite a hopeless romantic at heart. Working with couples and helping them create one of the most important days of their lives is an honor and a dream come true for me. The opportunity to create a truly memorable experience for my clients, and the wonderful memories are everlasting and very rewarding for me as well.
I believe that hard work, coupled with discipline and a dash of fun is the perfect recipe for a successful business.
I want to tell the story of my client’s big day – from start to finish, with no little detail left out. I want to make them laugh and feel comfortable, because those can be some of the best shots. I want to capture every emotion of their day so they can preserve those feelings for the rest of their lives.
When my job is to shoot that perfect moment, that everlasting glimpse, it really doesn’t feel like work at all.
